# Infrastructure

Collection-wide generation, lint, and publication tooling belongs here. The
live framework is `ports/Mk/mouse.port.mk`, with narrow shell helpers in
`ports/Mk/Scripts`.

Base-manifest enforcement and transactional package registration remain a
private base-system responsibility in `mouse-src`.
